Blu is a native Nevadan that has spent his entire life in the construction industry, 18 years of which was in the local carpenters union 971 here is Reno NV.. This has provided him with an extensive working knowledge of structures and all of their components. The downturn in the economy (2008/2009) led him to home inspecting. He is very proud of his reputation in the home inspection industry of being “very thorough”.

David Bogan’s Credentials
David has called Nevada home for some four decades, attending UNLV and UNR and eventually settling in the Reno/Sparks area, staying close to his mother and son. During that time, the lion’s share of his work life has, in one form or another, been in construction. “I feel like I’ve been in training for this profession most of my life.” With a background in renewable energy, he began inspecting homes for the NVEnergy and Nevada Power to determine the viability of each site for a solar energy installation, back in the rebate years.
These days, with thousands of inspections preformed for Battle Born Inspections and counting, he’s committed to providing each of their customers with the information and insight they need to navigate their particular transaction, be it for the buyer, seller or the real estate professional.
David joined Battle Born Inspections in 2019. He has completed thousands of inspections.

Moisture Meter – As its name suggests, this device finds areas of the home where moisture has accumulated. In some cases, this also leads to mold.
Carbon Monoxide Detector – We utilize a carbon monoxide detector to help ensure that you and your family have a safe place to live.
Gas Leak Detector – When a leak is too small to smell, we’ll be able to detect it anyway with our gas leak detector!
